Alpha Tan Ltd is a small business that specialises in the tanning of hides for the purpose of floor coverings or wall hangings. We offer the service of processing hides from the green state after slaughter, to a soft tanned piece of leather with the hair on.

With ever increasing numbers of lifestylers there is an increased demand for this service. Alpha Tan not only tans hides for individuals, we are also able to source hides to tan for people who do not have access to hides. All of our hides are sourced and processed here in New Zealand. We can also process small skins upon request.
